The Problems We Faced

The problem with Eurasian food currently is the scarcity of its availability, which is not helped with the fragmented nature of the Eurasian heritage as well, which in turn impacts its cuisine. With the bleeding out of Eurasians in Asia to countries like Australia and New Zealand, paired with a diminished interest and awareness of Eurasian food and culture in countries like Singapore. The once thriving Eurasian culinary legacies that span a course of colonial history is critically endangered in being wiped out over the coming years.
